Hellinger's theraphy is about family systems, and any religious beliefs are probably very much in harmony with those. Hellinger was a deeply religious man when he discovered this group solution to family problems among the Zulu people where he was a Christian missionary.

There are individual techniques derived from and supporting the basic Hellinger group technique. Sometimes a group setting is more powerful, but adjustments and refinements can be done if you schedule an individual appointment too. It could be a personal connection to each other.

My life is always around the arts. Painting, singing, playing drum, dancing. I think is it not worth to live.
